Travel Channel’s “Park Secrets”

HONOLULU – Tune into the Travel Channel this week to see the Hawaiian Islands showcased on “Park Secrets.” The 30-minute show takes viewers around the nation’s most popular park destinations and uncovers the best foods, unique hotels, and secret adventures that happen off the beaten path. Interviews with residents and visitors will reveal insider tips and testimonials.
In the “Hidden History” episode, the crew will discover an underwater temple and other interesting stories in Hawaii Island.
The “Hotel Hideaways” episode will reveal black sand beaches and seaside cottages in Hana, Maui.
The Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau assisted with this production as part of its public relations initiatives.
The Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau is contracted by the Hawaii Tourism Authority (HTA), the state of Hawaii’s tourism agency, for marketing management services in North America. The HTA was established in 1998 to ensure a successful visitor industry well into the future.
