A Little More Molokai on the Menu
Enjoy a taste of Molokai with the new menu at the Hula Shores restaurant, located oceanside at Hotel Molokai. The recently unveiled menu focuses on sustainability and uses locally grown Molokai vegetables and seafood, often sourced within a few miles of the hotel.

Catch stunning views with oceanfront dining
“Each month, new farmers and vendors are coming forward with locally grown produce and made-on-Molokai products for us to purchase and the list continues to grow,” says Kitchen Manager, Gene Pike, who took over in December and orchestrated the menu change. He’s focused on reducing the dependence on mainland products and also recently planted an herb garden on the hotel property.
Fresh organic greens from Kumu Farms are piled high in both the Garden Salad and the Keawa Nui Shrimp Salad which also includes succulent shrimp from nearby Keawa Nui Farms. Don’t miss the poi from Kaupa Farms or the grilled island catch in the Hawaiian Plate entree. You can taste the difference and paired with the hotel’s nightly live entertainment, it’s a winning combination. Right.
Hula Shores is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Check out the new Hula Shores Restaurant Menu!
