Hawaiian Airlines adding flights, easing connections with Maui hub
Maui travelers will have more flight options with the new Maui hub Hawaiian Airlines is creating at Kahului Airport (OGG). Hawaiian is increasing air service to Maui by 25 percent with more roundtrip flights between Maui and Honolulu, schedule adjustments to enhance connections with mainland flights arriving in Honolulu, and increased nonstop service between Maui and both Kauai and Hawaii Island. In addition, Hawaiian is reintroducing nonstop service to Maui from Los Angeles for the summer. Hawaiian is supporting the Maui hub with three Boeing 717-200 aircraft it recently acquired. Dale Zarrella unveils Mermaid Dream
